Mr. Xu Zhengda, a PhDcandidate, attended the 79thAnnual Meeting of Academy of Managementon 9-13 August, 2019, and made presentation of his research paper in the“Emerging topics of International Management” session. The theme of the 2019AOM “understandingthe inclusiveorganization”. Over 12000 scholars and professors from over the world haveattended the meeting.
The title of Mr. Xu Zhengda’sresearch presentation was “International Box Office of Films: Do LocalizationStrategies Work?” Mr. Xu’s presentation has drawn great interests of thescholars attended. They had a discussion after the presentation.
3 September 2019, CUFE heldan academic meeting regarding the AOM presentation and discussion. Mr. Xu wasinvited to host the meeting. Mr. Xu and the PhD candidate shared thepresentation experience and had a discussion afterwards.
Mr. Xu was partially fundedby the CUFE Academic conference support program during attending the AOMmeeting.
